Somerset Hills Handicapped Riding Center (SHHRC) is a not-for-profit registered charitable organization that endeavors to improve the quality of life for children and adults with physical, developmental and emotional challenges through a diversified offering of equine-assisted programs including therapeutic riding, hippotherapy, an inclusive day camp, equine facilitated psychotherapy, therapeutic driving and school and vocational programming. SHHRC is designated as a Premier Accredited Center of The North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA). All of our programs are volunteer-intensive and we are always looking for new people who are willing to donate their time. If you are 14 years old or older, we’d love to have you join the SHHRC team.
